About Marcelo Ciccone
Marcelo Ciccone is the founder of Ciccone Design Build, a full-service residential design, permitting and construction firm based in Los Angeles.
Originally from Buenos Aires, Marcelo graduated as an architect with a post graduate degree in Urban Design and Planning from the Universidad de Belgrano, School of Architecture. He is a licensed general contractor in the State of California and brings over 30 years of experience in custom home design, additions, and renovations—both in Los Angeles and internationally.
As both a designer and builder, Marcelo offers a unique combination of architectural insight and technical expertise. His strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and efficient construction management make him a highly capable and trusted professional.
Marcelo works closely with clients through every stage of the project, from planning to completion, ensuring attention to detail at every step. His commitment is to create spaces that are beautifully designed, well-crafted, and built to stand the test of time.
